Néré Capital Partners (NCP), operating under the Néré Capital brand, is a Burkinabè fund management and advisory firm dedicated to facilitating access to finance and supporting business development.
Néré Capital emerged from the institutional restructuring of an investment fund established in 2014 by entrepreneurs and private-sector stakeholders, including Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P), a pioneering impact investment group in sub-Saharan Africa.
This restructuring separated fund management activities from the investment vehicles themselves, in line with industry practices. The original fund thus became Néré Capital Investment (NCI), an investment vehicle now managed by Néré Capital Partners.
Building on the experience and expertise developed since its inception, Néré Capital operates across three main areas of activity:
Néré Capital structures, raises and manages funds to finance high-potential businesses. Its interventions may take various forms, including equity investments, quasi-equity instruments, debt, repayable advances, and other financing solutions tailored to the needs of businesses.
Néré Capital supports SMEs in strengthening their organisational structures, developing their businesses, and accessing financing. This support aims to foster the growth of strong and successful enterprises while contributing to a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Néré Capital provides financing solutions tailored to each company’s size and stage of development. These include minority equity investments and seed financing, with amounts of up to CFA 500 million.
